Poker doesn't need to keep growing for there to be fish. Old people die and are replaced by young people with their first credit card. The majority of the population will not and are not capable of learning how to play profitable poker. While disposable incomes are kept high fish will swim. The biggest threat to poker would be an economic meltdown in the Western world.
