Yeah, the fact she ID'd a guy who apparently has proof and witness testimony he was only briefly in the house and making it almost impossible for him to have been involved in any alleged attack, makes her whole story stink to high heaven. It also makes the DA look like a scum bag. He probably knows there is no case but if no arrests are made he knows certain portions of the community will be outraged. Aren't they supposed to throw out these kinds of cases/arrests, where the accused has crazy evidence he didn't do it? [/ QUOTE ] This is exaclty why DA's should not be elected. Many of them don't give a sh1t about the ordeal, humiliation, and huge expense that innocent defendants have to go through. All they care about is being tough on crime and getting elected. |
