Default $1/$2 NL 6max K2 suited, call this turn reraise?

Villain is 40/13 with a limited number of hands observed.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

saw flop|<font color="#C00000">saw showdown</font>

SB ($49.03)
BB ($293.07)
UTG ($109.69)
Hero ($145)
Button ($114)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $1.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $7.7</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB (poster) calls $6.70, BB calls $5.70.

Flop: ($23.10) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $19.5</font>, SB folds, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $90</font>, Hero folds

In this position i felt inclined to fold this hand. Should I be calling this re-raise? I was worried about my kicker, but from the size of the re-raise could this be the least of my worries. Could this be a set or even two pairs.
