The hands certainly indicate that they're colluding, but cashouts wouldn't prove anything. Regardless of whether or not they're colluding, the fact that the accusation is out there is probably enough to cause them to take most of thier money off that site.

If UB is smart, they should at the very least block all cashouts from those 2 accounts until this thing is resolved.
