one thing that pisses me off is that there seems to be a glitch that allows ratholing (taking money off the table). And some player called Snap_dragon seems to be an expert at it. He buys in for 50BB's at the NL tables and sit out and back in with 50BBs every time he doubles up.

I sent an email to support and got the following response:

The way our software is design if a player leaves the table with a certain amount of funds they cannot get back to that same table with a lesser amount. That customer has a 30 minutes waiting period and after that time is passed only then will that player be allowed to sit back at that same table.
