I have mixed feelings about Hoedeopbap(sp). Specifically, I'm a big sushi fan, and have really come to appreciate the subtle flavors of the fish. If you put a bunch of spicy sauce on it, it masks the fish. This also leads me to think that the preparer can get away with serving inferior fish. [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]
