New balls = hitter wins hands down Dead balls = thrower has a fighting chance [/ QUOTE ] This is one possible angle but I think it should be too obvious, to the point that noone would take the racket side of the bet unless they have taken care of this issue in the beforehand agreement of the prop bet. I would imagine they would be using fresh out of the can tennis balls.
