Is the flop 3 bet standard? I don't always do that unless I have a Q+ kicker. And I never 3 bet the flop vs an unknown. Am I weak tight?

guessing... yes.

Against an aggro opponent I would wait for the turn instead. You have TP, which is essentially the nuts.

I dunno, but most players at 5/10 (well a lot anyway) are check-raising most pairs, certainly any J or T they'd defend with, and stuff like KQ/Q9 and maybe gutshot combos too. Sometimes I just call and pop the turn, although I think that kind of sucks in that it allows some players to fold middle pair. I like OP's line in general though, especially since a decent number of better Jacks might 3-bet preflop.
