I am about to find out how good their support is.

I have problems with Prima sites that the software freezes.

Earlier today I flopped a set of 2s and then turned a FH.

Got folded on the river cos the software froze up.

I e-mailed support and they got back to me saying that it does look like I timed out and I would have won the hand!

They then add:

based on this we are chatting to the poker room owners to see if we can compensate you in some way

[/ QUOTE ]

If I do get something back from them then they have got me as a loyal customer.

If they offered 50% on my LOSSES up to $1,000, I'd never play anywhere else.

i would think that weaker players (and i am one) would prefer a bonus based on hands played rather than winnings. if my assumption is correct then POKERCODE would attract the stronger players and a marginal player like me (barely profitable without bonuses)would start showing losses.

Dunno.
But I still think that this is amazing support.

I wonder if they will count it towards the 50% bonus too.

I think they have no choice but to count it towards the 50% bonus.

The profit, if any, is determined by substracting the account balance at the end of the previous month and any deposit as well as any other bonus (i.e. deposit bonus and Refer-a-Friend bonus) credited to the account from the account balance at the end of the current month at 12 am GMT (the amount found by such calculation shall be referred to as the “Profit”).

[/ QUOTE ]

If im understanding the terms and conditions for this bonus correctly, it seems that the bonus will be affected by any withdrawals and other bonus you receive.

If you make any withdrawals, you'll have to win it back before you can make any more from this bonus. Which makes it hard to clear this bonus if you cash out any significant amount. Also may be the same for the bonus amount from the previous month.

So if you start out at $4000 at the beginnig of the month, get $1000 from previous month's 50% profit bonus and cash that out and then win $2000 to have an account balance at $6000 at the end of month...
your "profit" = 6000 - 4000 - 1000 = $1000
so you'd only get a $500 bonus instead of 50% of your true winnings for the month which should be at $1000.

Can someone who done this bonus for consecutive months clear this up? It seems like if you want to withdrawal all your profits and bonus it be best to do this bonus every other month.
