WTF? I can't imagine a dog biting off a penis without the child's screams waking up the parents. Maybe the dog was trained to kill or fight or something? It just doesn't add up to me.

parents left him in the living room while they went in the bedroom probably to screw, shoot up, whatever. also dog was probably just tearing at diaper and ripped penis off incidentally.
