Wow, you played for 2 yrs, grinded 1/2-3/6, and never had a 7+ buy-inn downswing?
I have 10+ buy-inns downswings at least ewery week or two, and 20+ every month or two. But hey, I play LAG, but still, 7 buy-inns is pretty standard even for a nit. |

I am confident that this is a bad run and I am taking some beats. My question is not about my play, the real question is if 19 buy ins is enough to ride through the variance. Also moving down is not bad considering my feelings are hurt.

Yes I have had 7 buy in down swings. The most I had was 13 on the 1-2NL. But the 5-10 is so painful... its 7K... My feelings are hurt. I read a article on cardplayer.com about emotional bankroll where maybe the 1K buy in is too expensive for me to lose emotionally. Maybe that is true.
