PFR has an overpair.
Other guy is closer if he is decent he will never have two pair or an overpair and never have a bluff. I would never fold in practice, but it's a sick spot. 33 is obv a jam because he can have 22.

Nutshot is a 6k winner longterm on Stars when I check on pokerdb. Seems to be a standard winning player that puts a lot of volume in smallstakes tournaments.

I'd go allin. Also it helps that there is a ton of dead money after the overcall (at least I assume that it's close to dead money if you are ahead)
