I'm going to assume that's a joke.

My vote would be 3rd Rock from the Sun.

Some of the others, like Full House and Family Matters, were good for what they were (harmless family shows) for a while, but eventually lost it when the kids grew too old.

You all are too young. The worst was clearly Mama's Family, which is still occasionally on very late at night. It really is indescribably bad.

Well, The Simpsons has sucked for about 6 years, so I would consider that to be long-running.
