Ugh, I hate the jump in Stars tournaments from 9-16th and 5-8th, it's the same way in the $22s and $215s.

Still, nice score, I checked the results and was -very- surprised to see all the big names in the final 16 bust 9-16th or 5-8th.

There are nightly $20 HU tournaments (usually 256 entrants), so 8 wins to take it down. 3 wins gets you to the $, 8 wins gets you about $1380 or so. They are at (if memory serves me) 14:05 EST and 21:05 EST. Also, on Sundays there is a $215 and a $10,000 Heads Up tournament... heh... obv the 10k is a diff. story, but the $215 is a good alternative for middle limit players making the adjustment to higher limits. They also run regular 32 and 16 man HU sit and gos on stars and they have like $2.20 Winner take all 64 and 128 mans, but I would keep away from those as winner take all is... well.... retarded ;p

I've been disappointed that FTP didn't have HU tournaments (unless I have been missing them). The tournaments don't really seem to have that much variety on FTP at all.

I'm tempted to give stars a shot for their HU MTTs.

I have a question:

When supernova elite was introduced I remember somebody saying that turbo HUSnGs were the fastest way to accumulate FPPs. Is that anywhere near the truth? I have never really played cashgames on stars so I couldnt tell.

If so, what cashgame level would you compare what HUsng level to?
