Sorry if someone has already posted about this subject, but has anyone had a problem with their money being stuck "In Play" at Party? I've had money stuck in play since Wednesday. Customer service says they're working on it, but so far they haven't been able to fix it.

I have seen several threads about this in this forum. Some posters reported getting their money back on the same day and others reported it taking many days. Search for [ QUOTE ]

I suggest calling them, not emailing. This happened to me twice, in crashed ring games, and phone calls resolved it immediately. If it was a tournament, it might take a bit longer.

What has worked for me a couple of times is to log off Party and then fire it up again. I am then transported to some of my old tables and can thus leave the table via the "Leave table" button and not the "close window" X.
Try to do a player search after yourself and see if you are still on a table. Then you can probably go to that table without having to log off first. |

I'm having the same problem. Money has been stuck since mid-last week. Just sent a 2nd email last night and still haven't received a reply. However, I log on tonight and find a $50 credit for the problem (but no solution yet). Are people really getting their money back? I can't understand why they'd just give me a free $50 for the problem... I guess I'll try calling tomorrow.

Me too. Money stuck on a table since wednesday. maybe i will email them again to see if i can get $50...
