More pre, more on the flop. And c/r the turn all in. Any ideas how he plays postflop? Against this monkey and this drawy flop i'd def. 3bet the flop and don't fold nowhere.

I typically 3-bet the flop. There are way too many draws out there to allow btn to draw.

3-bet to 40 and call a push.

have you seen him raise a pair here or just call. Depending on that depends on my line its either a 3bet/push or a call c/bomb turn line.
His vpip is 45 so he needs to be aggressive enough to raise here for me to felt.

i think ur sizing on all streets are bad.
LOOSE player? raise more prelfop, then pot the flop.
Im not calling his raise on a 9T flop with two spades on it, 3bet flop to whatever sins u are allin on the turn anyway

As others have already mentioned, pot it preflop and nearpot it on the flop. If he raises the flop you've gotta go with it here.

PF and flop are bad, bet more, then be happy to get it in vs this donk

Thanks for the responses. Some comments and questions.

1. Several people criticized my preflop raise. Why? Would you typically
raise 4BB? 5BB? What would you do UTG with 77? Or AJs?

2. I considered checkraising all in on the turn like several people suggested
I think in restrospect, that is the better line.

3. On this flop, everyone is looking to go to the felt here. Is there really
no way to get away from this hand?

Thanks,
jonathan

1) Because 3 is not enough. You give your opponents too good implies odds to hit better hands and will have problems to get max value postflop. A general discussion

3) There are ways to get away from the hand, like when he just calls your cbet, the turn comes 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] and villain gives you much action. But you are not going to get away from a big overpair on this drawy flop w/o specific reads because he might play back at you with many worse hands than sets.
We want you to bet more because we want you to get the most value in case villain holds a T or 9 and to protect your hand in case he has a draw.
