ptbb is the way in which pokertracker(pt) calulates your winrate. ptbb/100 is like a big bet in limit (2x the big blind in NL).

Now I'm really confused .

So BB/100 hands is half of ptbb? What would be a solid win rate for 100NL or 200NL in BB's/100 hands?(ballpark)

Thanks for your help main.

ok. In 200NL, the bigblind is $2. If you made $10(5bigblinds's) every hundred hands, your rate would be 5bb/100.

A ptbb is half that --> 2.5ptbb/100

Its such an arbitrary measurement, and really only makes sense for limit (where they have a bigbet). I don't like to use ptbb, but it seems 90% of people do so whatever.

I 12 table and think a decent rate is anything around 2bb/100. But you should be aiming for something between 5-8bb/100. I think anything above that is amazing.

note: in your preferences in PT, you can change it to display bb/100 instead of ptbb.
