it's perfectly fine to post that pic (those stats are prolly wrong anyways by 2-4%) and it's not like it really matters, it's uNL.

regarding weekend fun.....you can

a) go out early, come back and play
b) grind until ur friends go to bar or whatever, leave, enjoy yourself and go to bed, there's always tomorrow

Last night, I hung out and played my 360 w/ friends, then we started drinking, then I quit drinking early, went to the bar for a bit and came back to play. It's really about self-control and time management

Peak bankroll now.

I just won my 3rd largest and first largest pot in years, back to back. This came after raising and winning two hands in a row before it and the table thinks I'm full of [censored]. My push in the second one is kind of meh but given results very funny:

I'm getting out of line raising so he takes a stand. Busto.

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $39.75
BB: $15.00
UTG: $25.70
Hero (MP): $25.95
CO: $33.90
BTN: $3.40

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG folds, Hero raises to $1.00, 2 folds, SB calls $0.90, BB folds

Flop: ($2.25) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $2.00, SB raises to $4.00, Hero raises all-in to $24.95, SB calls $20.95

Turn: ($52.15) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In)

River: ($52.15) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In)

Pot Size: $52.15 ($2.60 Rake)

SB had 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (a pair of Threes) and LOST (-$25.95)
Hero had K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (two pair, Kings and Threes) and WON (+$23.60)

Very next hand, 4th PF raise in a row. Looks like I have a plane to catch. I guess you can get called by worse hands, lol?

I agree - NEVER let poker kill your social life

Just wondering - how many people here play poker while drinking? I find that even 1 pint sets my game back a long way - I never play when I have drunk anything...

going through my session from yesterday I have come to the conclusion that if not for short stackers my winrate would be at least 2 PTBB higher over these 2000 hands.

Here is a funny hand from last night. I been nitboxing till last 4 hands and this guy decides to play back at me. I am pretty sure I have best hand here so this isn't even a float or a bluff but a value bet. I only called flop because I wanted to see if he would fire turn and if I raise flop he would have probably shoved an I don't think I was calling that.

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.05/$0.10 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $12.75
BB: $13.50
UTG: $2.60
CO: $9.60
Hero (BTN): $11.35

Preflop: Hero is dealt 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG folds, CO calls $0.10, Hero raises to $0.50, SB raises to $1.20, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.70

Flop: ($2.60) J 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB bets $1.20, Hero calls $1.20

Turn: ($5) 6 (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $3.50, SB said, "either you got KK,AA or nothing" SB folds

Pot Size: $8.50 ($0.20 Rake)

vixticator,
why are you over betting in the second hand? Think about what hands are going to call you most of the time. Made flushes and sets and two pair, luckily he didn't have any of that, but considering the guy and what he called you with you have no FE at all, I dont like this shove.

YEEEEEEEYYYYYYY - ROBUSTO

Finally - after my dreadful downswing - I am back in the green - feel free to berate me - $40 at 20NL and the rest is 10NL

Basically - the downswing was when I decided that 35/25 was the way to go, raising 83o from the CO and 4-betting the raise from the TAG in the BB was the way forward - DOH! Then went back to the gelford ubernit style, and started opening up my range slowly and sensibly.
