Default Deal Making

How do you calculate a fair deal at a final table of a tournament? Can someone provide a general equation based on the prize structure and chip counts?

For example, if there are four remaining players and the chip counts are 89,000, 54,000, 30,000, 12,000 and the payouts is $100,000, $50,000, $25,000, and $10,000. Would would be a fair deal to all the players?

How would you calculate the position of the button into the factor? Also, how would you factor your play vs other players. For example, you feel that you play better than one player but worse than the other two.

I'm new at tournaments and have a decent amount of success at it ending up in many deal situations. Any help would be much appreciated.
