Okajima (L) vs. Markakis (L) with Tejada (R) on deck. I don't hate the decision, although walking Markakis and perhaps Tejada would have been viable, as would have been bringing in Papelbon.

With a man on third and 0 out, walking the bases loaded is pretty much the only option.
