I typically do not post AIM convos or PM's but:

[16:25] FGators: you went to law school, right?
[16:25] FGators: You want to be my lawyer in the investigation against Stars? :-D

crystal ball points to 'no'

i've been studying him for a while now, and i think he might actually be dense enough / force himself into a severe cognitive dissonance so that he actually believes the things he says and the legitimate criticisms of his game don't exist in his own mind.

I believe this too.

Nobody could really take a troll account this far, way too retarded / unprofitable.

Wow, you're at like Stephen Katz levels of idiocy.

[/ QUOTE ]

Thank you, my mother feels the same.

[ QUOTE ]
Your first point is totally ridiculous and does not make any sense. Why would they even have to subject themselves to the jurisdiction of the US? The US has nothing to do with this in any way. Their response to anything this frivolous would probably be: "LOL... wait, you're serious? LOL!!"

[/ QUOTE ]

I assumed FGators was going to sue them in the US, I would.

[ QUOTE ]
Your second point totally misplaces the burden of proof. The burden of proof is on FGators. Now, how does one go about proving riggedness? You'd need to show that the deviation from expected is non-negligible over a significant sample. Even if FGators lost with AA aipf every single time he had them, the sum total of every hand FGators plays isn't even a significant sample in terms of how many hands PokerStars deals in a given day. So there is no case at all, because how can there be?

[/ QUOTE ]

To get to trial, he would have only have to convince a judge that there was some likely hood a reasonable jury could rule in his favor. Once you have two statisticians arguing with each other, it's an argument of who is more credible, which means it goes to trial.

Gee, I guess I didn't think of all this though cause I am an idiot, but who cares anyways, I was trying to have fun and you got nasty and defensive because of your small e-penis.
