I'm not too fond of her myself.

You ever read P.J. O'Rourke? His book Republican Party Reptile is hilarious and is actually the first thing I think of when I think of Republicans calling themselves libertarian.

He's behind way more than murders, I'm sure. It would probably be harder to find crimes he hasn't been accused of than has. Doubtless, he's guilty of all of them.

I'm still waiting for his answers on UFO's.

Well, where there's a [censored] load of smoke, there must be a fire somewhere...

It was Harry Truman, another Democrat icon, who covered up the Roswell crash. Ol' Bill was just keeping the legacy intact, I'm sure.

I used to vote republican because they were supposed to stand for less taxes and smaller government, two things I support. Sadly, they've flown far from that course, the recent administration is about as far from those ideals as I could imagine. However, if you somehow believe that Dems are even remotely close to the beliefs Libertarians hold true, I'd argue that you're very mistaken.

Oh no, I would never suggest THAT!

The libertarian model is not compatible with any present party. I do like much of what they stand for, but I don't agree that our public spaces should be privatized.

But I do agree, that the Republican Model is a better view. I don't believe that there should be more public assistance, for the reason that it is so corrupted. I think our present tax model is fine. Employment taxes are reasonable, and the nature of business taxes forces the economy to grow, with the use of deductions, etc. I also hope that a better solution to Social Security will be found, but here's to hoping I start earning more than 200,000/ year.

I do believe that it is time for a change, though, so I hope that the dems will prove themselves worthy of the House.

Either way, I am frustrated with both parties, I will blindly waste my ballot on a Green, as I have done for the past two elections.

I would like to know if maybe America is so desperate for a change, any change, that they will be willing to vote democrat no matter who it is.

Word from Cleveland, Ohio is that the planet is falling apart until they get Bush out of there.

I think it's that maybe no one has a real clue what she's really thinking and what she's about.

I definitely get this perception from the perspective of an ocean away.
