The minraise is a misclick. I usually open for 3,5BB. Its not important here.

I'd fold a Q to this line if you had opened for a standard amount preflop. As played, I'm not folding, its barely half a buyin.

there's no draw that a "nitty TAG" could possibly have. if he calls 2 streets he's probably got at least TP-decent kicker. the river doesn't change anything, no reason to believe he'll give up on his hand now.
