I really think splitting the forum is the wrong wording, seriously. How about just adding a high stakes forum?

many of the people who voted yes were probably intimidated by citanuls abusive tone and didn't want to risk him going off on them, others simply were too busy beating sng's to read 400 posts and get in an argument...the most convincing them about the thread is the poll results.

yay, citanul responds to more threads that have his name in them:

i don't know if you're saying that you think that,

1) people originally voted that they didn't want a split in the forum because they though "i would go off on them"

or that

2) people are now changing their minds from split the forum to don't split hte forum to stop me from "going off on them"

but both are in the running for stupidest contention i've ever seen.

also, you should consider that 1) the original time period's OT posts were heavy and STTFHUC intense 2) the original vote was clearly very highly slanted towards people voting that they thought $109s+ were high stakes games, where that might very easilly not be a reasonable line (if it ever was).

i could go on and on and on and especially make some ZJ jokes and all that, but i won't.

my suggestion: make a new thread, with a clean poll that you have considered what it should look like. this thread is a behemoth.

I am locking this thread, though Degen is free to make a new one. I don't want people who read the forum in expanded mode to have to deal with this behemoth.
