No, but the lottery example that had been givin said there was proof that the thief used stolen money to buy the tickets. If you steal 50 grand tomarrow and buy a house in a year, the house will be seized if there is proof of the stolem money being used.

HOw do you know it washim? IF it had some variation o the name "Jjprodigy" that probably wasn't him, just someone imitating him, since if he made a new stealth account he certainly wouldn't be dumb enough to use the same name. If you have some sort of proof it is him, report it to party poker, he is banned from the site after all.
