Default Can I call either of these?

Can I call either of these? Both were very early in the sessions and I had essentially no reads. Comments on the turn welcome too.

What do you put them on in each hand? I think boat can be ruled out in hand 1 since that would mean he raised the turn with set or 2 pair. Does a flush shove for more than the pot after the board pair? For hand 2 is there any legitimate hand aside from a flopped set you could see him value betting?

I don't mind either hand if you fold river. I really want to fold turn in hand 1 though, seems like a flush/straight like always and our flush draw is crappy and might not be good to begin with, let alone being able to extract value with it if we do it, as well as being in this situation on the river which sucks. Hand 2 I call with the line you took I think.
