Toronto.

478k, 2 bed 1 bath (this one is on the same street as my grandparent's house, which is only a couple of minutes from my parents)

so yeah, 500k won't get you too much in decent areas in toronto

This thread actually is making me feel pretty good about NYC real estate. I thought you would get more in many of these places for 500k. The only outlier seems to be the southern portion of the USA, where everything is cheap.

Here's a taste of Dublin, Ireland. These are all in fairly undesirable areas. All of these are between 350-400 thousand euro. 500k is approx €367k
