This is the only site where I'm currently ITM in a Sit and Go and can't get back in because it's down for repairs.

FWIW, I got an email from them yesterday (without emailing them myself) apologizing for the downtime and assuring me that my funds are safe.

They are not a usually solid CS site, at least not in the long view. When I played there regularly in 2002-2004, they were always going down or lagging horrendously because of server problems.

Yesterday, they sent me an email with no text and two attachments. I'm assuming that this was the email that other people got with logs of their transaction history before the server maintenence, but I can't believe any business would expect someone to open attachments in an email with no text.

I had just started dabbling on UB again for the first time in a few years, but I'll be withdrawing it all again as soon as they are back up and running.

A site like UB should not go down like this. They have been in business way too long to not have their act together by now.
