Ok, so I don't know how much levelling is going on here (and clearly it is ludicrous to suggest that 200NL is "easier" than 50NL in absolute terms) but there are still posts in there from respected SS/MS players tufat, deaders and illuminati saying that they struggled to get out of 50NL. Those posts sound genuine to me.

Seriously, I'm taking shots every day starting tomorrow until I move up or am busto. An hour of 100NL every day. I'm sick of this 50NL hell (and lol, I'm running ok at the moment too so this isn't spur of the moment bitternes. 50NL is just a swirling miasma of insanity).

in pokertracker, I am importing pokerstars ring game HHs...but my hands aren't in the database...my name doesn't even appear on the list...just my opponents' names and hands..anyone had this problem before?..it's never happened to me before..can't figure out what I'm doing wrong

I am thoroughly convinced that you can beat 50nl for 5-7 PTBB/100 by playing robotic nit/tag poker if you dont tilt. Not tilting is like the biggest part in becoming a winner player after you get the hang of basic strategy IMO. This could be true about 100nl but I haven't played enough hands there yet. And Im talking about making like zero "moves" too.

Vyse, you should read Ray Zee's article called the evolution of a poker player (or some title along those lines). I cant find it but maybe someone will link it, its good. And Im not trying to hate on you man, but a lot of those hands you would post where you make super thin call downs/bluffs for stacks when you say you have reads is pure spew at 25/50nl. Just my 2c, Ive got no prob with you man.
