"Do you like that, do you? Does that feel good? Do you want to stick it in my butt? Yeah, stick it in my butt."

more courtroom stuff, kind of the same idea

the defense dude says something controversial or unorthodox and the prosecutor shouts out, OBJECTION YOUR HONOR!!

then the judge gets this look on his face like he's in some deep thought..hmm,.. over..ruled.... but this better be going somewhere!

Good one. Usually followed by...

Man/Woman/Gang: "I'm out. I don't do that anymore. I have a family now, etc."

15 minutes later, when the s*** is hitting the fan.

Random Person: "Look over there. It's (man/woman/gang)!"

Someone is at a restaurant and gets some bad/worrisome news and immediately orders a strong drink, e.g., "Waiter! I'll have a Manhattan!" or if they've already ordered one, "Better make it a double," etc. This was even done on The Office, which really annoyed me.

Mentally troubled person holding gun to his head/holding people hostage.

Hero: "You don't want to do this/Put the gun down and let's talk."

You guys might enjoy Ebert's movie glossary.

Some examples I found there:

"Tell me where you are and I'll come and get you." Telltale line that finally makes obvious to everyone (except the hero) that the hero's trusted friend or supervisor has gone over to the bad guys.

'This just keeps getting better and better'
Line uttered for no reason other than that it makes a great button for the trailer ("Men in Black," "EDtv," "The Mummy").
