CO stats were 40/2/1.5 for session(96hands). Also, He had just let a girl at the table ,he had been hitting on, know that Bill Ivey said he was "the next best thing" and insisted she check his myspace page out.

[/ QUOTE ]agreed, even bad players dont usually call with 2s or 3s, you're beating almost nothing here. Sometimes you just gotta give up the pot to a girly bet.

i hate these spots, if you call down you're usually being taken to (small)value town by TPcrap kicker. i dont hate a turn fold, i usually call though since his range is v.wide still.

after calling turn i would def fold river, even though its a small bet. He has at least an A or K here 99% of the time

These spots are very frustrating and gross but you save in the long run if you can make those laydowns. It will give you a good edge over your opponents.

Think of it this way as well, lets ignore the 2 outs you have b/c they will rarely come out. If you will call 1/4 sized pot bet on the turn, you must be willing to call another same sized bet on the river. So, are you willing to call a 1/2 pot bet with 3rd pair?

I see, This is def too much money to invest with 3rd pair. Treat 66-QQ the same here in this spot then?

Yup, fold fold fold. At 0.1/0.25 villains love to call PF raises with Ax. Theres no harm in Cbetting the flop there, but just shutdown when he calls it.

You have to fold here. Checking the turn also opens you up to villain bluffs but you cannot call here, especially as you are OOP. If the roles were reversed and you had position here and it was checked to you, this would be a great spot for a bluff at the pot. Villains bet looks like a value bet however.
