Vyse: It was pot sized. Could probably have gone for less though.

Shizzle: Yea I know but I moved up from 25NL yesterday so it seems huge for me.

HOT STRATEGY TIP FOR ALL FULL TILT PLAYAS: <font color="red">If you are in a big pot at the river where you have a near-nut hand against a fish, you shove and villain starts tanking, make sure you press the F2 button instantly. It makes your avatar smile (all fish have avatars turned on), and it totally makes the fish call.

Thank me later.

Yeah, that's my point. PSR on flop = too much IMO. I don't know why or when it became accepted, and I've never heard the logic behind it, either. Certainly not enough to be used in EVERY time you want to raise the flop.

nah I know, I now see that you are right. it was kinda something I did in the heat of the moment (because I had been raising donkbets and other flop bets a lot at that table, and all the raises had been full pot), and I didn't wanna give anything away.

I was kinda exited about getting that flop that deep against a total fish who had min 3-bet me preflop (I mistakenly put him on a really strong range.)

But clearly, full pot size raise on that flop is not at all optimal.
