The paper said today that she was supposed to report back to court this morning so they would decide whether or not her release was just. The judge had already ordered last month that she couldn't do her sentence under house arrest

There is no room to keep people like her in the jail so the authorities who run the jails must have liberal criteria which allows a lot of people to walk (especially those convicted of non-serious offenses).
This release is not special treatment. It seems the only special treatment she has had from the system was that she was treated far more harshly by the judge than the average joe. |

Apparently the judge that originally sentenced her has bugged out at her release. She was supposed to show up in court today, she tried to teleconference in (lol) and the judge tweaked and sent cops to her house, she's in cuffs en route to the courthouse now, throw on CNN this [censored] is hysterical

The law enforcement guys are pissing me off. Apparently they refused to comply with the judges order to go get Paris from her house. WTF you are law enforcers not law deciders.

[/ QUOTE ] paris? also, rofl. she spend THREE DAYS IN PRISON. the judge ORDERED that she spend 45 for breaking her probation like 50 times. He also specifically ordered that she couldnt spend it on house arrest. how on earth is the judge being out of line calling her back to jail as was ordered previously? |
