Don't go all agressive. He will stop parking illegally (if it is), but he might just pour paint on your lawn or something. And you don't want angry neighbors.

LFS,
Did you call the cops on your neighbor?

So last week before I had a chance to talk to them about it, I noticed them taking an infant car seat out of their car, making me feel lots of sympathy. I think they simultaneously noticed that it's a real pain in the ass to get in/out of the driveway when they park when they've been parking (seriously, it is) when they saw me pull into the driveway (I may have hammed it up a little).

Anyway, they've spontaneously stopped parking there. Passive-aggressiveness ftw.

Passive-aggressiveness is a highly underrated way to solve disputes. It's an art form on the west coast.

<insert OOT's overplayed sentiment that passive-aggressive methods are douchey>

I find them useful on occasions like these, but no, I won't ever post a note on the wall for my roommate to complain about the dirty dishes still in the sink.

LF Slim - well played. You should've videotaped your hammed up pulling out of driveway for all of us to enjoy

Skunk - haha, well, sometimes being passive-aggressive is merely waiting and giving someone a chance to do the right thing. I have been pleasantly surprised in the past taking this line.
