Default SB/BB raising range question

I apologize in advance if this has been covered.

What range are you raising (full ring) from the SB/BB in a limped pot (assume no reads on the limper(s) or table). Does your range change if there are multiple limpers? I am concerned that my OOP raising range (10-10+, AK) is too small in limped pots.

Ok, lets assume a passive player something like 27/4/1 limps from MP, what is your raising range from the SB?

Only one limper? Pretty wide. Now if he limped UTG, I think about it a little harder and my range shrinks a little.
