[ QUOTE ]
My dads best friend talking to me when I was about 20 and really pissed at my dad.

Him: You remember when you were younger, about ten, and your dads friend came over to visit and stay with your family for a few weeks from Sydney?

Me: Yeah, so what?

Him: Well, your dad caught him screwing your mum on the kitchen table. Just thought you should know that.

Me:

[/ QUOTE ]

Did you punch the guy?

On rereading it I don't think that I was clear. He was talking about somebody else, trying to make me realise that my dad had in fact been very restrained.

I rarely look at other sections on 2p2 but I'm bored. Soon as I saw the topic on this one, I smiled.

I'll be visiting this section more often now : )

It was still not his business, and very meanspirited, to tell you about it, and basically to call your mom a whore.

Even if he was telling the truth, he still deserved a good beating.

...
Before leaving he turned around and said "there is such evil in the world".
I have never before heard my father use the word evil in any context and this time he chose to use it when discussing the tragic events of our new car.
I honestly did not know whether to laugh or laugh.

[/ QUOTE ]
It appears to be unintentional but this is a phenomenally funny line.

Unlikely that it's unintentional.
