I still love you guys (and girls) and everything but I have found my home again at 6max. So much more opportunity to outplay people....so many more hands with the bad players at your table.

And the best thing is that poker is fun again!!!

So, what adjustments do you make when changing from FR to 6-max? I'm sort of intrigued.

Errr, raise any pair, any 2 cards ten and above, A9s, ATC from CO if first in? is my wild guess?

My guess would be this would have a lot to do with table dynamics and what players are left to act behind you.

Pretty close. I'm on the nitty side for 6max but my preflop strategy is simply to open a lot of hands in position, same as FR...just a lot more hands. And also 3 bet alot with good hands for value (ip or oop) but also with marginal hands to steal LP raises. My main goal is to play HU raised/3bet pots in position.

My position stats so far:
BTN - 27/22 <---btn and co are essentailly the same
CO - 25/23
MP - 17/16
UTG - 11/8 <--so nitty
BB - 13/4
SB - 22/11

I am getting killed over this past week, Down around $6000 mostly at 2/4 Ive lost more buyins before but never this much money. I know im playing bad but its so hard to play well When every turn or river hits the villain. Im at the point where I'm paying off because I keep thinkin It cant happen again and it keeps happening and its costing me. Any ideas on how to snap out of this, ive already jumped back down a level?
