Who would have guessed.
I'm guessing he used multiplie accounts in his 215$ win, so that means some 2nd place is very very happy now. |

Hi folks - We did our own review of ZeeJustin and unfortunately, found that he'd been playing multiple accounts in several tournaments at PokerStars. * We confiscated the money that he won illicitly. * We closed his accounts and banned him from PokerStars. * We are returning the money he won illicitly to players who were harmed by his actions in those same tournaments. Obviously, we don't like doing this, but the evidence was incontrovertible. We will do whatever it takes to keep our games and tournaments clean. Best regards, Lee Jones PokerStars Poker Room Manager [/ QUOTE ] I'll admit, this comes as a surprise to me. As far as I knew, ZJ only played his ZeeJustin account on regular basis on Stars (although I would suspect the big players to put more accounts into something huge, like the WCOOP). Anyway, I applaud Stars for taking action and performing an investigation. It's clear they're the best site on the net from an all-around perspective and I don't want my comments earlier in the thread to make anyone think that I feel otherwise. |

BTW, Lee, if you're already posting, why wasn't it checked when he won the sunday weekly, if indeed he cheated on that tournament? It's far and away the biggest online tournament each week, generate a sh*tload of income for pokerstars. I think it should be standard that you check the final table players for multiplie enteries, or at least the winner.

So I guess the question now is how can Stars refund the money? I don't think he did, but let's say he played more than one that afternoon and Stars decides to bump everyone up a spot. Would they pay out of their pocket after distributing the ZJ funds? |
