so i took a long weekend in vegas. got here thursday night. I came with my girlfriend and stayed at her friends house, who i dont think posts, but i know reads 2p2(so thanks for letting me stay at your house!) anyways, friday morning we drove out to valley of fire, went rock climbing, went to see spamalot, went to club voodoo for dinner and then hung out on the rio roof. very cool. fun day.

saturday i decided i wanted to play a donkament, so we went to caesars to play the noon $130. It was cancelled, so we went to the venetian, and i played the $550, which im not really rolled for, but what the hell right? so i bust after like 3 hours and am tilty and annoyed. then we went to go see spiderman 3, which was vomitworthy. on to sunday, which is the interesting day.

so im down lots of money at this point, and pretty tilty, so on to sportsbetting. i put 125 on my warriors and go to some bar to watch the game. they lose and i want to kill baby rabbits. then we go to the bellagio buffet and i dont eat because i have a stomach ache, so instead i go watch the high limit area and listen to daniel negreanu talk about hands that happened on todays filming of high stakes poker. apparently phil hellmuth called an allin from sam farha with AT vs Farha's JJ, sounds fishy and rad. Whatever, im some starstruck [censored] obv.

Here is where the story gets interesting. Stacy's friend is telling us how awesome world poker tour video poker is, so we sit 3 abreast and all start off with 20 bucks or something. im running fairly hot and am up to like 80 bucks. We had been wondering if sklansky designed the game because someone said he did. so im sitting in the 3rd seat, stacys friend in the 1st seat. Who sits down between us but David Sklansky himself. looking like the most disinterested human being alive. Me and stacys friend look at each other with a "wtf?" kinda look. I hit quads and sklansky perks up a bit as im shipped like $125. After awhile, sklansky walks away, stacy sits back in his seat to find he left a dollar in the machine, score! anyways, like 5 hands later i hit a royal flush on the last round which is like a 20x multiplier and i win 800 dollars to put me back even for the trip.

So then i walk over to the poker room where stacy(my girlfriend if i never mentioned that before) is playing 4 poo/8 poo flingbot poker. I say we should leave and she says "one more orbit then we can go baby". so i go gawk at the dudes in bobby's room and hope phil hellmuth notices my golden state warriors shirt because i hear he is a fan. he doesnt and seems to be whining to eli elizra. shocking.

anyways, i go back to see if my girlfriend has cleaned to poo off her hands yet. when i arrive i see that she is the small blind(evil woman, i thought you said one more orbit!). Where i witness the following hand. As i arrive, the board is KQ7Q. My girlfriend is putting out a 3 poo and i become interested. 2 people call the 3 poo. The river is an ace. My girlfriend bets, guy on her left raises, mp dude calls, gf 3 poo's, both call. My girlfriend tables KK for kings full, other guy tables AQ for queens full and mp guy mucks and she rakes in a pot as big as me just laying on the table. I go grab her 4 racks and we leave having owned the bellagio. I have to catch a flight at 8am tomorrow and work is gonna suck.

tl;dr: i win lots a video poker, my girlfriend has to be just covered in poo right now.
