I know the name he tried sending to was close to mine. I would like it sent back if I had sent it erroneously. Plus I'm sure keeping it would pretty much give me a permanent railer.

Transfers should require a confirmation on the receiving end, possibly with a transaction code given to the sender when he requests the transaction.

At least they refuse to reply to my KIND emails now.

I only asked if the player I sent the money too was still active.

i havent read through this but heres a decent explanation in my humble opinion:

the reason that they dont ask for all this stuff when u deposit is that they probably expect a fish like yourself to bust. if you see all the stuff u have to submit beforehand, ur less likely to send the deposit through. this prevents new money from coming onto their site.

costaricabill what dont you understand about it?

scenario: this guy has to go through submitting all of this info BEFORE playing on the site. result: he doesnt deposit

scenario: he deposits, because he doesnt have to submit all of this stuff before playing on the site. result: more money floating around on the site.
