ruffnek, I don't know a single person that doesn't love point break.

I must know the wrong people, nobody I know will watch it.

I second Airbourne with Seth Green and Jack Black.

Also like volleyball epic Sideout with C.Thomas Howell, Courtney Thorne-Smith and Kathy Ireland.

Galaxy Quest - this looks like a crap Wild Hogs-like Tim Allen movie, but it's actually pretty solid. It did get very good reviews, but I doubt anyone knows that.

[/ QUOTE ]

ooooh, thats a good one.

And while I'm at it, I of course have to mention "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", even though it's a series and not a movie

[/ QUOTE ]

It was a movie about 5 years before it was a series. And it was written by joss. Oh yah, and it sucked hard.

The Matrix Reloaded--The best action film since John Woo left Hong Kong and one of the most philosophically profound films since Bergman. Miles above the original.

Cool as Ice--this will be on anyone's list of "so bad they're good" movies. Everyone who watches it loves it.

Dune and the Twin Peaks movie--I really liked these despite most critics considering them to be Lynch's weakest.

Does "Very Bad Things" count? Almost everyone I know HATES this movie, but I love it.

Black Snake Moan - if this is still in theaters where you are, go see this. It looks terrible, but is, in fact, pretty fricking awesome...it's a drama, though...no actual black snakes.

[/ QUOTE ]What looks terrible about it? This movie is all kinds of awesome, especially if one likes blues music (Sam Jackson pulls off a pretty mean R.L. Burnside, it must be said).
