Thanks Isura, just registered and downloading now, gonna watch this before my session tonite.

BTW, to everyone who is a bankroll nit and fear playing 100NL, you can still find wonders at that level, just control tilt and play your game. I did not have to open my game, im still a nit (14/11) and people just love playing with nits who are capable of big fold which I do quite often :

Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB ($103.95)
Hero ($319.30)
UTG ($73.90)
MP ($68.60)
CO ($108.80)
Button ($110.35)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Button calls $1, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $5</font>, Button calls $4.

Flop: ($10.50) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $7</font>, Button calls $7.

Turn: ($24.50) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $16</font>, Button calls $16.

River: ($56.50) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets $56.5</font>, Hero calls $56.50.

Final Pot: $169.50

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
Button has Ts Qc (one pair, fours).
Hero has Ks Kd (two pair, kings and fours).
UTG doesn't show.
Outcome: Hero wins $169.50. </font>

Another beauty from 100NL, nit style, did not raise because the guy UTTG who limped (oh converter messed up preflop action) was 38/28/6 and I felt comfortable to let him put the money in the pot if needed (he did that on lots of occasion and with anything he played)

Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($91.75)
Hero ($100)
Button ($185.60)
SB ($76.65)
BB ($96.60)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
Hero calls $1, Button calls $1, SB completes, BB calls $0.

Flop: ($4) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(5 players)</font>
SB checks, BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $17.5</font>, Hero calls $17.50, Button folds, SB folds, BB folds.

Turn: ($39) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $52.5</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $52.5</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $105</font>.

River: ($196.50) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>

Final Pot: $196.50

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
UTG has Jd Qd (two pair, queens and jacks).
Hero has 2d 2h (three of a kind, twos).
Outcome: Hero wins $196.50. </font>

So two sessions of 100NL, up 4 buy-ins and wondereing why I was afraid of going up, plenty of fish, just table selection, dont change your game for 100NL when going up, maybe after 20K hands, when i feel comfortable ill plan of gearing my game for 200NL.

Laste nite I also found something of immense value. A physical sign from my body when tilt is settling in, As soon as I discovered that was the sign, I know I can fight tilt before It actually affects my game. For example yesterday i told myself aloud : No fear, No fear lets rock those donkeys, And the physical tilt sign disapeared

You forgot to add "run like a God" in your list of things to do when moving up. NHs

LOL Thac, I forgot the most important thing :

I actually ran red hot at 50NL since 1st april and decided to try 100NL while i was hot. That is propably the best thing any1 can do. It gives confidence and helps settle in the new level.

Basically if youre rolled, go up a level when running hot and full of confidence and go down if running cold and questioning every hand

and first hand was jonny style : let people bluff the river

Whats up with the AA fold preflop (33:10)? any insight there to add? :P

question about you JJ hand at 36:00. You said you happy to go all in in that spot? Its standard to 4-bet JJ there? or just standard against those stacks?
