I railed him and he bascially go's all in or folds HU from what I saw.

i know what you mean! i was watching a limit game the other day, and people kept min-raising! How stupid of them!

Nice one smartass... Edit: He raised all in litterally every hand with all stack sizes. this is not common practise. Despite this I by no means am criticising his game- hes amazing,, i wast just making a quick observation of his playing style .

However, I'd like to see more suggestions. I like 'circus promoter' for you, but I think we can improve upon landlords suggestion for wickss.

For Wicks:
"Driving this bus"
"Drama. Saga. Profit."
"Cliff jumper"
"Flag drop: $3.40"
"Blair Wichita Project"
"2+2 Adoptee"

For MJ:
"Don King of SNGs"
"Barnum or Bailey?"
"Riding the bus"
"Need anything Wicks?"
"Blogging Biographer"
"Sideshow Bob"

But I agree. He needs an avatar. I suggest this:

Ok, lots to get to here.

RRizGod, thank you for another helpful suggestion with the article (and yes, I am being serious)

DevinLake, this is a tremendous honor and I'm not sure what to say other than thank you. I hope that you are satisfied with the avatar I have chosen (it should look familiar to our readers). I agree with you, the title for me is excellent; I suppose we should take more suggestions for wickss.

Austrian, I think plo omaha turbos would be very difficult. Without getting all technical aren't plo tourneys fairly difficult to play? At any rate, I certainly understand where you are coming from with the recommendation, and it could become an additional weapon in his arsenal.

Wickss is up $73 on the day having played 27 6's so far. He is now entered in another 9 of them. Keep in mind, he keeps traditional poker hours, so in a sense, he is just getting started today. I think plo cash and mtt's may be in the mix later tonight. By the way, I agree with all of you recommending that he rely heavily on plo. I would like to see him do that, but he is very adamant about concentrating on being a well-rounded player. And well, why should I argue with the cash cow?

More updates thru the evening. Thank you so much for reading!

he should wait till he has withdrawn a little money to live on IMO b/c of how high variance that game is, unless he also plays hi/lo well.

There once was a Midwestern cabbie,
Who's job made him seriously crabby.

He got into poker (the low-limit kind),
WTF did you say? Was he out of his mind?

He quit on the taxi, so now hits the mouse,
To make all the plays that will pay for a house.

At three dollars a clip, he'll multi his way,
To busto or riches, it'll happen someday.

We all wish him well but have seen it a ton,
The player that thinks he will win every one.

Some advice to the cabbie, the one with few bucks,
Low limits is fun, playing pro really sucks.
