dumb Q:

ALright, so they showed some of the flashbacks from the first episode of this season (when they (the others) were discussing books in that book club or whatever and they witness the plane crash).

Do the others know about desmond and the hatch? do they know about the button/the cause of the plan crash? is desmond's hatch a part of the dharma experiment as well?

also, why was desmond not really questioned in the least when he met back up with the survivors? (and juliette is interrogated). it seems as if they just accepted des right away.

Did anyone catch the part where Ben mentioned some other "master" dude's name? Asking Juliet if she trusts *him* to cure her sister's cancer? Is this the first mention of someone higher than Ben by Ben himself?

Is there anywhere to watch the episode online right now? I have heard this one was great, but don't want to wait until tomorrow to DL it through the avenues I usually use. Any suggestions to watch it right now?

in the scene where the Dharma guy gets Juliette to drink the tranquilizer, they are in some kind of aviation office. the name of the company (which i unfortunately can't remember) is an anagram of Earhart (as in Amelia Earhart).

holy crap. that was the best LOST of the season. Hell, it may have been the best LOST ever.

Anyone who complains about this show after that should just stop watching.

Oh, and Elizabeth Mitchell is scorching hot.

There's a brief mention of him in the brainwashing scene, and the name was floated around in off-TV Lost Experience, but I believe it was the first time his name was used by a character in the show.

It was Jacob. The phrase "He wasn't even on Jacob's list" (referring to Jack) was used by one of the Others in episode 6 this season. We still don't know the first thing about him.
