This type of situation is marginal and read-dependant. Since you have no reads, I would fold here. It's likely that at best you are up against a naked flush draw, but more often than not he will need a set or two pair here to minraise.

i would call flop, prob call most turn, and see what happens on the river. this is like 9xalot. only 34 44 and 33 are beating us unless he limped an overpair

yeah call, you have a BDFD to fall back on, and he might get a little scared if he finds a spade on the turn. i call this minraise every time, and call most turns also. he probably just doesn't think you hit the flop. my guess would be K9s, A9, Q9, T9, J9, 33, 44. can't say anything for sure since i have no reads on the player.
