Default AQ vs shortstack, flop misses

Hand history converter crashes with internal server error for some reason....

NL25, 5 handed. Hero is SB with 25. CO has $8.6

Preflop: one fold, CO raises to $0.80, fold. Hero has A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], raises to $2.4. BB folds.
- I would be happy to play for stacks with short stack preflop
CO calls

Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero...?
- pot is $5.25, CO has $6.15 behind
- What to do, and why? Missed the flop, we have a gutshot + one overcard

- I ended up putting CO all-in with a slight overbet, is that horrible?

Default Re: AQ vs shortstack, flop misses

I would often check call here, give him a chance to bluff when he's missed. Calling down with A high does wonders for your image. Although honestly this flop is so likely to have hit him a c/f might even be better. A bet is better if he can think at all, because then he might fold 88,99 type hands. We can't count on that with a shorty though.

I don't know. I don't think anything you could do here would be that horrible.
