Cashing out from UB...Check arrival time?

I requested a check on Feb. 15 and still haven't received it. I emailed them last night asking about it and they responded today saying that if I don't receive it within 40 days to tell them and they will put a stop payment on the check for no charge and issue another check.

To complete my previous trip report...

Payout requested March 8th, date printed on check March 21st, in my mailbox today (March 26th). Bank accepted it without batting an eye at it.

I got checks from Stars and Absolute within a week of requesting them. UB, though, I requested in March 15 and am still waiting, 12 days later.
