[/ QUOTE ] i dont particularly like either of these pushes mingdu (2nd one is much closer) unless you know this guy limps/folds frequently. he appears to be loose limping UTG so much, but that seems to make it more likely he will also call a push (if he's that loose of a player)

ok dude, i just read the 1st HH ending in 22310, and theres a few problems already. - first you folded 77 UTG in Level 1! this is a big mistake. you should be limping all pps from any position in unraised pots in the first 2 levels in such lowstakes games (you can tighten up just slightly at higher buyins, and by higher i mean 30-60s) - there were a couple spots where your bb is minraised in level 1/2 where i probably wouldve completed because of great pot odds. if youre getting 5to1 or more, you should be completing with almost everything, for 15-20 chips. of course when you do this you have to be able to check fold trash middle pairs and top pairs weak kickers that you flop, but the two pairs, trips, and occasional flushes will add to your roi% - and the last hand, you finally get AQs. i dont think you should be pushing here with 12bbs. its still too early. i havent sngpt'd it, but id bet its NOT a HUGE mistake, but its prob close to breakeven play. raise 2.5x bb and play some postflop. if you get repushed, consider folding depending on the player. but dont automatically start pushing hands on level 3 when you ahve over 10bbs! ill be happy to look at more of these, one at a time, but i got [censored] to do at the moment if others want to dispute my points, your all welcome, [/ QUOTE ] Thanks for the response. When I first started, using the advice from this forum, I was folding all small pps. Then, again following advice from this forum, I started limping all of them from all positions in the first 3 levels and nearly always folding if I didn't flop a set. This worked well at the 16s and 27s. When I moved down to the 6.50s, it almost never worked. There seems to be a virus at the 6.50s where if someone limps early, three more people limp, then the button or BB sees all those chips out there and raises. When I looked at PT stats for small pps in the early levels, I was getting killed. So right now, I'm folding nearly all small pps early, and limping others, depending on passive the table is. I tend to call minraises with decent cards in the BB at the 16s and 27s, but again, at the 6.50s, the raiser is almost always going to C-bet the flop and I'd rather save chips for push/fold later than try to guess what the donk raised with. The problem with AQs and 12BBs is that if I raise, get called, and miss the flop, I'm done, and down to less than 10BB on the next round. I'd rather push here. Maybe this wrong, and I don't always do it, but it seems to work. I'm not arguing here, just giving my reasons for doing what I'm doing. I'm completely open to changing anything.
