Golden Palace payment problems?

This is INSANE!
I've been hung up on 5 times today!!!
They put me on hold for about 15 minutes then hang up!
I actaully spoke to a lady for about 30 seconds one of the times and when she asked me for my screen name I was mysteriously cutoff again! AAHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhAHhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

Same BS is happening to me. I keep getting hung up on. Then when I finally spoke to someone they didnt have any of my information, then told me to hold on, and I got hung up on again.

isnt that funny they write bad checks and asks us to show proof they are sending bad checks how unprofessional is that, how did we end up playing at this jacked up site?

I have two checks pending/in transit still there according to recent email exchanges- even though my cashout request from early Feb was labeled "sent" in a Feb 5th confirmation email to me.
My recent round of exchanges with their accounting department (which of the four people is that I wonder?) ended with them telling me that despite notifications that it was "sent" that they had trouble getting a processor or something like that to send out checks.
Anyhow- I was "assured" that all recent cashout requests coinciding with the US ban were sent.
When I pressed about the Feb 5th check- they said there was a delay in that batch of checks but that one should have been in the mail already before this latest round. If not- it would have been included with the latest round.
Can someone please explain to me why they make it sound like they send checks out once a month?

So a few points here.
Nothing at Golden Palace was easy the last 4 months or so. Credit for promos was like pulling teeth- they never did pay me the full cracked aces promo dollars I was entitled to.
Whatever- I grew somewhat numb to their indifference and had weaned myself from play there by the time they booted us.
In addition- getting anything straightened out with a host was routinely a 20-25 minute chat minimum. Their favorite line seemed to be "I am sorry I have no further info on that. Is there anything else I can do for you today?"

As far as the checks go- I still have a buddy from New York who couldn't play after the mid to late Jan ban on certain states- who to this day hasn't received his money.
I have two checks somewhere. But this is getting ridiculous.

Why did they do such a poor job of letting us players know what has happening? That I cannot answer.
I played there for years and paid a decent amount of rake.
I would have expected an effort from them that rose above the strategy of dodge duck dip dive and dodge!!

EDIT: I have received checks from them before this. The process was still a hassle at that point- although the checks were good when they finally arrived.

hey dave i am the same situation as you even the exact cash out day to when i got my check and when my bank told me it bounce isnt this bs. do you think they are legit.
i heard they are bankrupt. i dont think we will see our check for months or maybe never. feel your pain man keep me posted lates

Here is what I was told today from Mina CS from GPP. I was told that the checks were sent out in waves (not sure why this was done or is done this way) and those first few waves of checks came from the banking institution that folded up shop on them, hence them bouncing. They have since starting using a new processor and the checks now are OK to cash. They reaffirmed to me (without me telling them that I was already told mine was on the 15th of March) that mine was sent out on the 15th of March. That made me feel a little better, but still leaves some gaps in there (like when were the replacement checks sent for the ones that bounced? and did it include the fee or charge for those bounced checks?) those question I didn't ask because I'm at the moment not in that position.
