On this hand, I took a while to think about it and the timer ran down to 15 before the call. Villain is 29/10/0.58 so it was certainly possible I was behind. Villain berates me for slowrolling him afterwards. I don't really care what he says, but this isn't an instant call, is it? I rarely stack off with one pair without a long think, so I'm just checking if I'm out of line on this one.

I left after the hand, as that was my last orbit anyway. Naturally, he accuses me of the hit and run after bragging that he plays NL100.

Sept. 30 Macalester hosts both Wartburg's men's and women's team for some soccer. I'll definitely be there in the stands. Our men's team was pretty disappointing this past year, but our women were stellar as usual.

would you play this the same? upon review, i think my card dead tilt forced me to play this hand the way i did. i figured him for TPTK or top two, the second flush card hits the turn and he bets hard to protect his hand. i think i should have folded the flop raise. even if i hit, i dont think he would have paid me off which makes it even more -EV than before me thinks. i also dont think cry calling the river in hopes that he was just bluffing is a good idea either, even though im getting an awesome price to see his cards. what do you guys think?

Anyone here that have played at Crypto and made the change over to Stars? I did that today and well, the softness in the games are noticeble. Like almost huge. The Stars games are way softer. I could have been running hot this morning and I know that 1k games are too little but it felt to easy sometimes. I will try to squeeze in another 2k hands today before making a more fair judgement (even tho that amount is too little aswell).

Gonna try to aim for Supernova before the end of the year.

As ususal, then 11PM+ shift at Stars 10NL was beautiful. Why can't these people play this bad during the other times I play? The only downer was losing a whole buy-in to a complete donk when their QQ overpair beat my TT overpair. I watched him 3-bet preflop with ace-rag, bluff two streets without even a gutshot, and just generally try to bluff everyone off of their hand since I first sat down. Go figure that I call his flop shove the one time he actually has something.
